Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
-
The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in a Primary School in Barbados.
-
Participants must be aged between 4 and 11 as of 17th March 2025.

2. Entry Requirements:
-
The schools have been sent activity packs with prints. Choose one of the prints to colour in.
-
Any medium may be used to colour (e.g. crayons, markers, paints).
-
Finished prints must be submitted to eugenegamble@gmail.com before the deadline.
-
Each participant may submit only one piece of artwork.

3. Submission:
-
All entries must be submitted by midnight 31st March 2025 via class teacher or main office.

Late entries will not be accepted.
-
Participants teacher or main office must include their full name, age, and school along with their artwork.

4. Judging and Prizes:
-
Entries will be judged by Irelands Head of Office for the Caribbean based on creativity, originality, and effort.

Winners will be announced on 17th April 2025.
-
Prizes will be awarded for two categories: 4-7 years and 8-11 years.
-
Prizes will be awarded to the winning pupils (vouchers and Irish themes stationary) and also their school​ (Irish books for the school library)

5. Intellectual Property:
-
By entering the competition, participants and their guardians grant the right to display, publish, or use the submitted artwork for promotional purposes.

​
6. General Terms:
-
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the rules.
-
The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
-
The organisers are not responsible for any loss of the submitted artworks.

​
7. Consent:
-
By entering the competition, participants and their guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
-
Winning participants and their guardians grant the right to display, publish, or otherwise use photos of winners receiving prizes.
